Return Policy

Custom Items Policy

- Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel custom orders once placed due to immediate processing.


- Damaged Items: We accept returns or offer replacements for custom items that arrive damaged. Eligible damages include:
- Unintended markings/spots not present in the uploaded photo.
- Damaged or defective gems.


- Ineligible Issues: We do not cover damages such as:
- Blurry images due to low-resolution photos uploaded by the customer.
- Items without visible defects.


- Claims: To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please provide a picture or video proof. Products must be returned to process a refund.

Non-Custom Items Policy
- Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include the receipt.


- Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to process an exchange or to receive store credit.


- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item and may take 3-7 business days to process. Timing may vary by financial institution, and orders paid via Afterpay may experience additional delays.

How long is shipping?

Non-Custom Orders
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 business hours. We ask you to please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped.

Custom Orders
The creation of custom pieces is a meticulous process that can take up to 25 business days from the day your order is confirmed. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For domestic orders, please anticipate a shipping duration of 3-5 business days. For our international clientele, delivery may take between 8-18 business days.

Orders ship from our Chicago, USA warehouse. Shipping costs, calculated at checkout, depend on your order's size and weight. We offer reliable shipping with tracking across the USA, Canada, and internationally.

Depending on the delivery location your order may be shipped out from different warehouses around the globe.

LynaFox pieces are designed with the utmost quality to ensure lasting brilliance. To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend the following care instructions:

- Regular Cleaning: Gently polish your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its shine. Regular cleaning prevents the buildup of oils and dirt.


- Proper Storage: Store your jewelry in a dark, cool, and dry place. An airtight container or bag is ideal to minimize scratching and prevent tangling.


- Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and acidic liquids to protect the plating. Exposure to harsh chemicals can accelerate the fading process.


- Water and Temperature: Although our plated jewelry is waterproof and resists tarnishing, we suggest removing it before swimming or showering. Extreme temperatures should also be avoided.


- Plating Care: It's natural for plated jewelry to gradually fade over time, which isn't considered a defect. Following these care instructions can help delay this process.

By treating your LynaFox jewelry with care, you can ensure it remains a treasured part of your collection for years to come.

I Didn't Recieve An Order Confirmation Email

There are a few reasons why this might happen:

  • We all make mistakes! You may have misspelt the email address you entered.
  • The email may have been sent to your spam / junk / promotion folder.
    o     Check these folders. You can also search for our email address Mail@Prya.co.uk and hopefully it will show up in the results. 
    o     Mark our email as 'Not Spam' in your email service.
  • Some orders get stopped before being confirmed, this could happen because of special characters in inscription, special requests made by you, an error with the shipping address, or other such matters.

Please allow 2hrs for your order to process, and for our team to release the order into a confirmed status.

If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email after 2 hours, please contact our team and we will be sure to resend it to you.

How Long Do Personalised Items Take To Be Delivered?

Customised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 week production + shipping time, this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. We will keep you updated throughout the production process via email. You will receive a series of emails updating you on the status of your order and Once the production process is complete and the custom item has been quality checked, we will then ship your item out to you. you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your jewellery has been sent.

The shipping method you have selected, will be applied to your order, once production has finished.

For example: If you have selected next working day delivery with your personalised item, your jewellery will be sent out with the next day delivery, we once the item has been made.
